Senior Counterintelligence(CI) SME - Cyber 

Do you want to be part of a highly specialized, dynamic team?

CTS is currently looking for experienced Counterintelligence SME - Cyber to support the needs of the Customer.

A successful candidate will:

  • All-source counterintelligence analysis; assessment and analysis of data for evidence or indicators of espionage activity 
  • Preparation of reports, timelines, and link analysis
  • Recommend CI investigative techniques and procedures
  • Preserve investigative viability of sources of information during the investigative lead generation
  • Develop and tailor CI Awareness and Reporting (CIAR)
  • Develop and present tailored threat assessments/briefings for DIA missions, personnel, or locations
  • Assist Operational Security (OPSEC) program managers develop organizational OPSEC plans
  • Plan, research, and conduct foreign travel program pre-briefings and debriefings
  • Plan, research, and conduct country threat briefings for DIA affiliates slated to travel
  • Develop and recommend CI Risk Assessments (CIRA) using risk analytical assessment methodology

Familiarity with:

Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 5240.06; Department of Defense Instructional (DOI) 5240.16, 5240.23, 5240.24 and 5240.19.

Must Haves:

  • TS with CI Polygraph
  • Graduated from an accredited CI Special Agent Credentialing school.
  • Graduated of Windows Forensics Exam (WFE), Introduction to Networks and computer Hardware (INCH), the Computer Incident Response Course (CIRC), Intrusion Investigations in a Windows Environment and CI Collections in a Cyber Environment (CJCCE).
  • Seven (7) years cumulative experience conducting or supporting CI operations, CI investigations and/or CI collections in the cyber environment.
  • Conducted digital forensic analysis on Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs).
  • Provide a copy of the credentialing school certificate must be provided along with a resume
